PRG Property Investments also provides a Rental Vacancy Plan with out new properties which provides continuity and stability for the first year of owning your new property. This Rental Vacancy plan also provides security and confidence for you to move into your investment property sooner.
This plan provides up to ten weeks of rental payments over the first year.
